The project

The challenge

Dave is a banking app dedicated to creating products that level the financial playing field. With about 11M members, they want to introduce features that benefit and engage their user base. 

The challenge was to introduce a rewards feature that would benefit Dave's 2 million monthly users. The project involved working with a third-party provider for offers, which required compromises on the available information and data they could supply. The goal was to create a seamless, easy-to-use rewards feature that provided organized and valuable offers to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

My role

I was part of the design process, from initial research and ideation to wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity screens. 

I also collaborated with multiple teams, including product, engineering, copywriters, and illustrators, to ensure the feature met user needs. 

Through iterative design and development, I helped deliver a rewards feature that was user-friendly, well-organized, and added significant value for Dave's users.
